Dr. Mayank Rajyaguru, an Engineer, Researcher, Ph.D, Author, Martial Arts Grandmaster, Former Senior Police Inspector (Gujarat Police), Life Mentor, and Leadership Trainer with more than 35+ years of experience in martial arts, self-defence, leadership, education, and human development.Â
Dr. Mayank Rajyaguru holds a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication, a B.A. in Sociology, and a Ph.D. in Karate & Self-Defence. Throughout his professional journey, he has combined engineering, behavioural sciences, leadership, and practical training to develop structured coaching and mentoring programs focused on personal and professional excellence. His independent research interests include geometry, mathematical structures, leadership development, and transformation methodologies.Â

Former Senior Police Inspector with the Gujarat Police Service, NSG QRT Commando-trained, and led self-defence initiatives, training over 1,400 college students under Ahmedabad City Police.
Founder and Chief Instructor of Bruce Lee Martial Arts Academy, training students in Karate, Judo, and practical self-defence since 1998. Holds multiple Black Belt ranks, including 9th Dan in Kankiryu Karate, 7th Dan in Shotokan Karate, and 1st Dan in Judo.
